Teachers have been busy creating fun and engaging Pirate activities for students to participate in.
Students will design their own treasure maps and pirate flags, race paper boats and create their own pirates. They will take part in treasure chest hunts and various challenges using the treasure they’ve found. Pirate mosaics will be created and codes will be cracked to hunt for new pirates. They will also investigate the nature around the school and have a Virtual Reality tour of the solar system.
All of these activities create hands on learning that foster communication and teamwork and utilize new and old skills to help in the upcoming academic year.
