Little Explorers on Board!

A Week of Fun and Discovery at Innovative Active Academy

This week, our Year 1–2 students at Assumption College English Program transformed their classroom into an exciting explorer’s basecamp, engaging in hands-on learning through a series of fun and meaningful activities.

Students began their journey by preparing for an educational trip, exploring the history of Tha Chalom Old Town and the uniqueness of the Maeklong Railway Market through videos and inquiry-based discussions.

They also strengthened their communication skills through English in Action, building practical vocabulary for travel and preparing to take on the role of young reporters interviewing foreigners.

Through Learning by Doing, students practiced essential life skills—from simulating ticket purchases and learning proper train etiquette to gaining real-world experiences beyond the classroom.

The week was filled with smiles, confidence, and enthusiasm—showing that our young learners are truly ready to explore the world with curiosity and courage
