Empowering Teachers to Elevate Classroom Learning

On July 5th, 2025, the Personnel Development Department of Assumption College English Program (ACEP) organized a training session on “Conducting Classroom Action Research to Enhance Teaching and Learning Quality, and Research for Work Improvement.”

We were honored to have Dr. Athip Sornsujitra, an esteemed expert from the Saint Gabriel’s Foundation of Thailand, lead the session and share valuable insights.

The school was honored to welcome Dr. Athip Sornsujitra, an expert from the Saint Gabriel’s Foundation of Thailand, who shared his knowledge and valuable experiences with all participants.

This training aimed to develop teachers’ skills in conducting classroom research, helping them gain a deeper understanding of real classroom problems, analyse root causes, and design appropriate solutions to enhance the quality of teaching and improve student learning outcomes. For supporting staff, the training also provided knowledge and tools to help improve work processes within their respective departments more effectively.

ACEP remains committed to continuous teacher and staff development to ensure the highest quality of education for every student.
